COMMISSION TOS

I only accept payment before I start; via invoice.Discord and Twitter DMs are my main forms of contact.WIPs are always provided. I always check in with the sketch, and then after the piece is complete.I will only do major alterations at the sketch phase. Minor alterations can be performed at any phase.There are no deadlines! If you need your piece by a certain date, then please specify! Otherwise, I work best when I'm not pressured or rushed. If you're ever curious about when your commission is going to be worked on, please check out my queue!My estimated turnaround time is around 1-2 weeks, but can easily go up to a month or more depending on my queue and other things going on in my personal life. I never want to rush my work, so extra time may be taken to ensure the best possible quality.Once I have received payment, I do not accept refunds unless only under certain circumstances! Please keep this in mind when commissioning me!I work closely with clients so I can give them the highest quality of art I can provide.

ADOPTABLES TOS

Once purchased, the design is fully yours, all I ask is to not claim the original art OR the design is made by you, and properly credit me on any site you may post it on.Please DO NOT sell the design for more than you bought it for UNLESS you have gotten or made extra art of the character.

Doing so will result in a spot on my blacklist and a DMCA report filed against you.You are allowed to repost with proper credit given. You can credit any of the sites in my SOCIALS page.You are not allowed to edit or change my artwork without my written permission.Cropping, overlays, minor edits, ect. are acceptable and can be done without my permission. You can also ask me to do this for you and I will do it free of charge.
